RECAS Muse Night, Rosé 2021

Recas Muse Night Rose is part of the special collection from Recas Winery, the Muse Collection. Muse Day is dry and Muse Night is semi-dry. Both characterized by discreet color and many intense aromas.
Vinification is made in the style of the French region of Provence.
In the case of Muse Night rose, the grapes are harvested at dawn to obtain maximum freshness of the wines. The red grapes used for this wine are left in the skins for a short time, to extract only a hint of color, before the light pink juice is collected in stainless steel tanks for fermentation.
After fermentation, the wine reaches the bottle directly. As a result it preserves its freshness and the intensity of natural aromas.
Color: pale pink, clear.
Bouquet: overripe red fruits, such as: strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and vanilla coughs.
Taste: semi-dry wine, with vibrant acidity, refreshing. With a slender body, well-integrated alcohol and long aftertaste.
Culinary associations: Asian and Lebanese cuisine; fish salads; ducks pie; turkey; berries desserts; fish carpaccio; shrimp; lobster.
Serving temperature: 7 – 9/10 °C.
