100% natural product, obtained from fruits, double distilled according to a genuine brewing technique. Distillation process is made in copper boilers and classic alembic with open fire. Maturation in wooden barrels softens, rounds and grants the velvet texture of the liquor, preserving and amplifying the burning, flavored fruit scent, appreciated worldwide. To obtain 5oml of plum distillate are used 0.4 kg of plums, 0.5 kg of apples, 0.8 kg of pears,0.8 kg of apricots, 0.8 kg of quinces. Recommended for serving very cold, just before the meal.
